1:10 pm Singer check in, pick up name tag, notes, and music.
1:35 pm Welcome and announcements.
1:45 pm Rehearsal begins.
10 minute break at an appropriate time.
Rehearsal resumes.
3:40 Rehearsal concludes with final announcements.
